Question About Fujitsu Air Conditioner AR-RY3

Please help me run my air con in heat mode. Cant believe such a simple looking remote doesnt operate the unit easily.

0 Can anyone help - I need a user manual for this product for my 80yr old mother in law. She feels the cold but we cannot get this machine to work using the remote!!! Cheers Tania
