0 I appreciate your inquiry, ikiara! From what you have described your Frigidaire range is displaying a “F13” error code and it will not allow you to operate it. A “F13” error code stands for a bad EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory). Typically, this can be cleared by performing a reset on your range and you can do that by disconnecting power from your range for roughly ten minutes. If the problem persist, you may need to replace your electronic oven control and I would suggest having a professional out to replace any electrical components. This will help to avoid any future issues or personal injury. –OOS
