0 Hello rrbeaupre, thank you for your inquiry! From my understanding you would like to replace the element inside of your Frigidaire oven. The element should easily come out in order to be changed with a new element. You may want to check the continuity of the element before purchasing the part. If you need assistance I would recommend contacting a technician for proper testing. Additionally, I was unable to locate your model number, Rfg533md, if you can check the model number I would like to see the availability of that part. You can normally find the serial tag (which lists the model number) behind the bottom drawer on a silver or white tag. With this information I can better assist you. –OOS
