0 Hello twauchope, I am happy to assist you! If you are receiving an error code F31, first check if it is a false error code by resetting power to your range by either unplugging it or flipping off the breaker for about ten minutes. If the error code persists, it could potential mean that your range has a shorted probe connection problem. At this point, a technician will need to check the resistance and/or harness between the EOC (Electronic Oven Control) and probe connector. You can often locate a qualified service provider through the manufacturer website. In the meantime, I have listed below the Owner’s Guide. I hope this information helps to some degree.
