0 Good Morning kstancile, thank you for allowing me to assist you! Typically, error code F1 and F13 indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting your range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually clears most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear, I would recommend contacting a professional to proceed further. Most likely the EOC on your range will need replacing.
