0 Hi lmkitz63, thank you for your inquiry! Let’s try resetting your range. This can be done by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit to the off position. It is important to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn your appliance on. Will the door lock? If the issue persists, then more than likely your range is experiencing a communication issue with the EOC (electronic oven control), a potential wiring failure, or a faulty door latch/lock assembly. In this regard, I would suggest contacting an Authorized Service Technician that will be able to assist you in the diagnosis of your appliance.
