0 Hi calalloo32 - Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten mins and turn the unit back on. Select either the bake or broil option.If both elements do not work but the cook-top does then the issue may lie with a faulty EOC (electronic oven control), bake or broil element(s) or wiring failure.I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose the washer to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.

0 thanks found faulty board....soldering on one spot was suspect, gently resoldered and bingo..
