0 Hello lladavnoj, that’s a great question! The LED (light) on your Frigidaire dehumidifier will illuminate and beep after 250 hours of operation. You can locate the filter by removing the bucket. Then pull the filter downwards for cleaning. The filter can be clean by using clean water or vacuum cleaner extension hose. If you use clean water, please allow the filter to dry. Once you reinstalled the filter back its location then replace the bucket. To extinguish the light simply press the FILTER button and your dehumidifier should resume normal operations.
