0 Good Afternoon marilee53 – Not sure if I understand your question, however the FILTER RESET light will illuminate after 250 hours of operation. To locate the filter, remove bucket and then pull filter downwards. Wash the filter with clean water and allow it to dry. Re-installed the filter and replace the bucket. Once the filter has been cleaned, to extinguish the light simply press the FILTER button and the unit should resume to normal operations. If you are interested in purchasing a new filter, most parts can be purchased directly from the manufacturer or through a parts distributor in your area (part numbers may vary based on distributor).
