0 Hi rjacobsen – Thank you for allowing me to assist you. Have you recently cleaned the filter? The filter is recommended to be clean after 250 hours of operation. Are you using a GFI plug? It is not recommended for the unit to be plug into a GFI because the dehumidifier will continue to shut on and off since there isn’t enough power going to the unit. What humidity level is it set to? Either the unit is not pulling moisture out of the air, meaning it is set too low for the room or it the unit needs to be clean and reprogram. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if the unit's status has changed successfully.
