0 Hello sdoherty, I appreciate your post! I see that your Frigidaire dehumidifier is running but not collecting water. Sounds like a possible issue with your sealed system or sensor. Is your dehumidifier under any warranty? I would recommend contacting your manufacturer for any further resolutions. –OOS
