The button/sensor keep beeping saying the bucket is full. I have a drain hose hooked to it. The only way it quits is I hold the button all the way in. I have tried duck tape and it won't hold long enough. I need a new sensor or button but cannot find a way to order one...

0 Hi Csanderson1, I'm under the understanding that your button/sensor keeps beeping, saying the bucket is full, when you have it set up to constantly drain. 1) Check to see if the float is snapped into place correctly. 2) Check to see that there are no leaks going into the bucket itself. If there are, re-tighten your hose to the dehumidifier and place the bucket back into place. If you are still having trouble with the button beeping at you and going off, I recommend contacting the manufacturer for more assistance. -Best Regards-
