0 Thanks for your inquiry, llozada1947! I was unable to locate an “A5” error code. However, I did locate an “AS” error code which stands for an issue with the ambient thermistor. This could be a possible problem with your thermistor or main control board. I would recommend performing a reset on your dehumidifier and you can do that by disconnecting power from it for ten minutes. If this does not help correct the problem with your dehumidifier I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer for any additional resolutions. –OOS
