My unit won't even turn on. The filter is clean. Bucket fits in against the engaging pin. Perplexed?

0 Good Afternoon Dudaq, I see that you are having trouble with your Frigidaire dehumidifier, model# FAD704TDP, turning on even after cleaning the filter and making sure the bucket is against the engaging pin. I would double check the circuit breaker that the appliance is plugged in to. Maybe it has tripped and needs to be turned back on. The other possibility would be that the dryness level has been reached. The dehumidifier will automatically shut off once the dryness level is reached. If you have checked these and are still having trouble, I suggest contacting either a local authorized technician or the manufacturer for further assistance. Hope this is helpful. -Best Regards-
