My dehumidifier SN: IN74713980 ENG: 11 has a error code F2. What does that mean?

0 Sensor issue that is not repairable because such small units do not have replacement parts available. Contact your manufacturer.

0 F2 is a senser error. The thermistor should be plugged in somewhere near the ice cold pipe. You can use an ohm meter to measure it. If it is only a couple of hundred ohms, it is bad and needs to be replaced.
