Question About Frigidaire Dehumidifier DEHUMIDIFIER FDD25S1
hose connection...

I have a hose connected to the dehumidifier but the water doesn't flow down the hose...the bucket fills up and needs to be emptied all the time. Can you tell me what I can do to remedy this problem?

1 I also have the same problem. THe manual sayes to remove the bucket and the hose will drain. Once the bucket is removed, the unit stops operating, thinking it is full. HELP!

1 plugged it in it started 1 sec later it starte screeching. I called you 800 number only to be given a long distance charge number and waiting for 20 minutes on the phone before even speaking to a rep. who did not know what is wrong with their own product. I will NEVER purchase another frigidaire.!

0 Had the same problem. The bucket has to be in the unit to work. The problem with the bucket filling up is because the hose is leaking at the connection and water will then go into the bucket. Suggest either make sure hose is fully connected or replace washer in hose connection.
