why wont it drain out the hose

5 It works fine with the bucket or just having the back open. It squirts right out. I got a big hose and put it around the outlet and that has solved the problem. However, the instructions say "garden hose" and a regular garden hose will not work. I expect them to be recalled at some point.

5 It pumps water fast. But when I connected a garden hose with the drainage hole, no water out. I really want to return this product.

4 the bucket still fills up when the continous drain mode is selected, and the hose is in place to drain. this shuts down this unit and there seems to be a real issue with this model. suggest you keep your receipt or get ready to drain it every day and sometimes twice a day. Not what is expected. will be returning this unit!

4 Fridgidaire has a KIT the corrects the problem of hose not working... I bought the 70 pt model at Lowes and they are getting the kit for me....

0 I am having the same problem. I wonder if you could just plug the drain to the tank to force the water out the back? Seems to be working.
