Dad had in use for a year and half not in use that much though. He bought it new. The power and everything comes on and the unit will run. Though say if he wants to set the thermastat on 75. So he inputs 75 on the DIGITAL (thermomiter or thermastat). When the unit starts up and blowing air back out of unit it immediatly resets itself to 35 degrees everytime.
