Can I and how would I insert a tube in the dehumidifer to let the water drain into my shower rather than having to manually empty it every day?

0 Hello vicmic, I appreciate your post! I see that you are trying to get the Frigidaire dehumidifier to drain into your shower and you are asking if you can insert a tube into the dehumidifier. We do not recommend using any tube since they have not been tested in our appliance. Also to properly drain the dehumidifier the drain tube has to be below the appliance, your dehumidifier will not drain properly if the drain tube is above the appliance.
