0 Hello johnshannon3, thank you for your post! From what you have described, it appears your air conditioner does turn on and it is cooling; however the control lights are not working. Is this correct? If so, try resetting your air conditioner by pressing the RESET button on the cord. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, at this point I would reach out to a professional to proceed further. Your air conditioner may possibly be experiencing a communication problem with the control board or faulty wiring failure.
