we have water laying in the bottom and is sloshing...

we have water laying in the bottom and is sloshing around is this normal, last time we had it in water would drip out of the hole and there was no sloshing

0 Hi daventam – Thank you for your question. Typically, this is normal when the unit is removing large quantities of moisture from the room and when the humidity is high. If the unit sounds like it is a fan hitting water moisture then that it means it is because of the removal system. Hope this proves to be helpful. However, should you feel that a service technician is needed; you may visit the manufacturer website to find a provider in your area that will look at your unit.
