the unit has had water dripping down the condense...

the unit has had water dripping down the condenser fins every time it is used. this year, there is no water on the fins of the core but now water drips out of the unit and runs down the side of the house. is the fan supposed to fling the condensate onto the condenser fins or is there a pump involved?
