the remote doesnt work, even with fresh batteries... can we still get a replacement?

0 Hi jeslawrence, I am happy to assist you. Based on what you mentioned, it seems like the air conditioner could be experiencing a communication issue with the control board and remote control. Try resetting the air conditioner. If the issue persists and If your appliance is still in warranty, you may want to check with the manufacturer to determine any warranty coverage, or if there are any professionals in your area who will not only be able to ensure this is the appropriate fix, but may actually save you some cost if is something simpler to repair.
