0 Good Afternoon jdf7734, thank you for your post! I show that your Frigidaire air conditioner, FAM18HR2A1 does not have a keeper screw and should easily slide out of your window/wall casing. If you are having difficulties doing so, it is best to contact an installer to assist further. Best regards - Chris
