My name is Tony. I purchased a Frigidaire Portable AC Unit, Model CPA123DU1, Dual Flex Hose and the window opens by cranking it. Total opening is exactly 4". Using a 1/4 " Plexiglass the size of the screen, ( W 19" x H 43". Can I cut the inlet and exhaust holes over and under, (one above the other) or does it need to be horizontal, which does not give me much air space
