4 Cathompson1216, I understand that the error code may appear as E5; however, according to the Owner's Guide of your air conditioner, I show on page 10 that the error code is “ES” and advising consumer to contact their authorized Frigidaire service center. Hope this helps, both you and your landlord!

0 Hello cathompson1216, thank you for your post! Typically, error code ES indicates a sensor failure. In this regard, I would suggest contacting a professional that will be able to assist you in the diagnosis of your air conditioner and to assist with repairs. Best regards - Chris

0 No it is E 5, not ES. Our landlord is supposed to fix it, but probably won't service it until it stops blowing cold air. I was trying to see if their is something we can do ourselves. Thanks.
