0 Hello dkfisher38 – I am happy to assist you, however I’m not sure I understand the issue the unit is experiencing. Are you referring to both the unit and fan is off or do you mean the unit is off and the fan will not turn off? Does the unit turn off but the fan continues to run for a long period of time? With this information I can better address the issue at hand. The number that you have provided is the serial number; may I please have the model number? You can typically locate the serial tag behind the front grill by the air outlet or on the side of the cabinet. Other possible locations are on the front edge of the cassis base or behind the dial plate of the control panel. Thank you and I look forward to your response.
