LRA 12HZU2 AC unit does not turn off when told to Also...

LRA 12HZU2 A/C unit does not turn off when told to. Also unit freezes solid across the front from time to time. Have to unplug from the wall to melt it. Any help will be much appreciated. S/N KK13702060 Thank you.
