Hello. I am experiencing a loud scratching noise with this unit. It sounds like the fan is scratching or something is blocking the fan. It is always making the noise, even when the compressor is off. I have 2 of these units, both make the same noise in my one window. Could it be an issue with how I Installed it? Maybe the tilt in the window is off? Thanks.
