i have fac107p1a5 and faa067p7a6. Both units cool ...

i have fac107p1a5 and faa067p7a6. Both units cool good,but fan goes to #10 setting(lowest setting) after being turned on. compressors are cycling,temp can be set,no icing,drains are flowing,filters are clean and the units have been kept clean inside(inspected and cleaned)?

0 also beeps and goes to #10 fan by itself when put on fan only.when trying to increase fan speed it goes back to #10 by itself. what is causing this?
