0 Hi - When was the last time the filter was clean? Restricted air flow from dirty air filter can caused air conditioner to not function properly. Make sure there is nothing blocking the airflow to the unit like blinds, drapes, or etc which could restrict air distribution. Also the outside condenser coils could possibly be blocked or dirty. Verify that the plug is not damaged and try resetting the unit. If any proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to move forward accurately.
