i have a FAC127P1A model a/c. when on energy mode ...

i have a FAC127P1A model a/c. when on energy mode when a/c reaches temp. everything shuts down but it sounds like the comp. still has power. i can unplug it and when it's plugged back in the comp. kicks on even with power button off.
