0 Hello – Typically all you would need to do is press the MODE button until the “Heat” indicator lights. Press the down or up arrow temperature buttons for the desired heat setting. If you have already done so, then I would consider contacting the manufacturer for more details on the unit. Keep in mind that for some air conditioners the heating mode is simply a supplement to help heat up a room but in most cases it will not completely heat up the entire room.
