0 I have the manual, I just wanted to know how many Btu? The manaul doesn't say.

0 Good Morning marysteward1952 – Thank you for your question. I understand you are requesting to know how many BTU is your air conditioner. In order for me to better assist you, may I please have the model and serial number? You can typically locate the serial tag behind the front grill by the air outlet or on the side of the cabinet. Other possible locations are on the front edge of the chassis base or behind the dial plate of the control panel. I look forward to your response.
