how do I take the filter "holder" off the front of...

how do I take the filter "holder" off the front of the machine? The bottom of the holder won't come off, little tabs remain in their appropriate holes. The sides and top will pull forward, but I'm unable to pull the bottom away from the machine. Thank you!
