0 Hey jksdraziwks, thanks for your inquiry! Based off your model number, FAZ12HS2A, in order to allow your air conditioner to blow heat you would need to select the heat option under the modes button. You should be able to press the “Mode” button until the heat option has been selected then pick the appropriate temperature setting. I hope this information has been helpful to you. -OOS
