There is absolutely no info in the owners manual or on the internet about using this unit for heating during the cold winter months. My question is, when the exterior side of this unit is covered for the winter, can the heat function still be used? Obviously, the exterior cannot be left uncovered since cold air from outdoors would blow right through. Does the heat function need air flow from outside?
