This window air conditioner/heater combo worked great for 1 year. Then, when this summer was over, we tried to use the heat but the switch will not go from AC to Heat. Air conditioning still works fine, but can't convert over to heat cycle. My dad lost his manual and we haven't been able to locate another online. Does anyone know what's going on with the heat switch? Thanks for listening.
