0 Hello dorma_t - Thank you for your post! Restricted air flow from a dirty air filter can caused the unit to not cool properly.Make sure there is nothing blocking the airflow like drapes, blinds, furniture, etc which could restrict air distribution. Confirm that the condenser coils are clean & not restricted by any trees, bushes, etc.Try resetting the unit by pressing the RESET button on the plug. If any of these suggestions prove to be ineffective, connect with an expert to accurately pinpoint any potentially more serious issues.
