Inside Unit A The Two Bottom Lines ON Outside Unit...

Inside Unit A The Two Bottom Lines ON Outside Unit Is Not Sending Refrigerant to inside Unit A. Unit A Will Not Heat Or Cool. unit B Heats And Cools OK. Can You Tell My What Is Wrong. Is It The Inside Unit Or The Outside Unit. System Is Only About 21/2 Years Old. Bought 07-05-2011.
