compressor stuck. techican said that it need new compressor. Air conditioner purchased about a year again. Tech gave us for to get new guts from Pc Richards. Said to just pull out the inner of the unit by pulling it out. It will not budge. Are there screws holding it together. we could not see any. Tech said to grab the handle in front and pull return to store and they will give you another to re insert. Unable to pull it out PLEASE HELP tHANK YOU
