Hello, I have a model 36ECM11 it was delivered without the roof stack, the collar and deflector are there but rest is missing, I went to Mountain West sales and they said I need to come to you. The pipe is 8''x 5'' but the 8'' actually measures 8 5/8 and the inside is 5'' can you supply the vent above roof and cap?
