Can't believe how hard it is to find the manual - it's available at firstalert.com if you search the model #, but only in SPANISH! I found this link: http://www.brkelectronics.com/downloads/safety_products/user_manuals/smoke_alarms/AC/Manual_9120_9120B.pdf It's a pdf version of the user's manual.
