How do I replace the battery (I assume that's the ...

How do I replace the battery (I assume that's the problem) in the FireX smoke alarm? The unit is beeping every 30 seconds or so. I found the numbers "120-10728" inside and it looks like the outermost cover (with the test button) might come off, but I want to know for sure before I start forcing it.
