Question About Firex Smoke Alarm Model CB
chirping smoke alarm when humid...

Chirp when its humid even slightly humid, when I take a shower, when one opens windows in nice spring/fall weather. have to detatch battery to stop.

0 I HAVE THIS PROBLEM TOO. IT'S KIND OF POINTLESS TO MAKE A SMOKE ALARM THAT SOUND OVERTIME YOU TAKE A SHOWER. MINE HAS BEEN W/O IT'S BATTERY SINCE LATE LAST WINTER. TIME TO REPLACE THIS PIECE OF JUNK!
