0 I had the same thing. I read the manual and it provides two warning chirps. First, when the LED (red light) blinks and the chirp sounds at the same time that should be a LOW BATTERY that should be replace. Second, the LED blinks and 30 seconds later the chirp sounds. (Mine was 15 seconds later). This is supposed to indicate a defective unit that should be replaced or returned.
