My 44 DV XXL EL has not worked properly for nearly 7 yrs. Must ignite multiple times, like 4 to 6 times, before flame quits turning blue and shuts down. On rainy days never burns even after multiple starts. I have unit cleaned annually, and the unit always stays burning when tech is there adjusting. Installer extended flue twice. What to do. Very dissatisfied with your product.
