Looking for installation papers of defroast board 7480062. I have a defraost board showing open circut both red lights alternate blinking but can not find why it is open. Must not having a jumper in correct location. Have 24 volts to R and C, but will not pull in contactor? Have voltage to Y, but nothing coming out of board. Have replaced the board same issue.
