I have a Fedders window A/C, 18000 BTU, 220V, model A6Y18F7A-C. After a short power outage, it is not working. We hear a humming sound but the compressor and the fan do not start, even whent he temperature in the room is way over the 75 deg. the AC unit is set at. I am looking for a service or repair manual for this unit. My husband's health requires that we have a AC as our summers are way too hot for him and I cannot afford a new unit. Thank you, Marie
