I Don't Have The Manual For My Fantom Vacuum Cleaner And It's Whistling Because There Seems To Be A Blockage Somewhere, But I Have No Idea Where. I've Checked Everywhere I Possibly Could And It Still Hasn't Helped. I Need Help Finding The Blockage.
